Dignity Parade walkers are not required to register or sign in the day of the event.
Dogs are welcome!
The 25th annual Dash for Dignity is a 5K certified race and community-wide Fall Festival, sponsored by Dallas Medical Center, that includes a FREE 1 Mile Dignity Parade (in support of people with ALL ABILITIES), a Carnival and a Health Fair.
As always, Mike Doocy of Fox 4 Sports will be our master of ceremonies, broadcasting live. Look forward to food trucks, live music, 5K awards, and finishing medals! We anticipate more than 1,000 attendees joining together in support of Achieve’s mission to empower adults with disabilities, and our veterans, to reach their highest level of independence and employment. Of course, the Dash will reach hundreds of thousands more thanks to our generous media partners and marketing efforts.
We are still looking for Sponsors, Team Captains, and Volunteers. Your support allows you to make a difference in the lives of area adults with disabilities and their families. Don’t let this chance to make a difference pass you by! For more details contact Kathi Sebastian via email.
